The former US ambassador to the United Nations said that it is very painful that we have spent so much money in Iraq and then the Iraqi army attacks a group supported by us. Robert Gates, who is one of the serious supporters of the terrorist group of the hypocrites, blamed the Iraqi army’s attack on Ashraf barracks in an interview with Fox News. This attack happened in parallel with the presence of US Defense Minister Robert Gates in Baghdad. John Bolton said in his reaction to this story: This story is very painful. Did the US spend so much in Iraq that such a thing would happen? This is very painful not only because the Iraqi army mobilized against a group that is under the support and protection of the United States, but also because the Iraqi government has become very close to the Iranian regime and this was the main reason for the recent attack. Regarding the question of whether you think the Iraqi government and other Iraqi authorities are in harmony with the rulers of Iran, he said: This coordination is definitely the ruler of the current situation. Bolton also expressed his displeasure with America’s inability to support the terrorist group of hypocrites and stated: Our military officials were present at the scene and they are upset. I think that part of these cases is due to the confusion that exists in the policy of the American government. Mrs. Clinton has delayed the court ruling to remove the Mujahideen [hypocrites] from the list of terrorist groups for a long time. At the same time, the former US ambassador to the United Nations refused to give a clear answer to the question of whether we should give asylum to the Mujahideen [hypocrites] and said: When our forces in Iraq were in a superior position, we accepted their protection. And the Iraqi government must protect them because it is the country that was their first destination. This is primarily their responsibility. If they want to go to a third country, we have to help. At the same time as these words, Hoshiar Zebari, the Iraqi foreign minister, addressed the supporters of the hypocrites with a sarcastic tone: Governments that are worried about this organization can accommodate them. In an interview with Azadi Radio, Zebari stated: A part of Iraqi land with an area of 50 square kilometers was under the control of the mentioned organization and should have been reclaimed. He added: Our constitution does not allow this organization or any other militant group to have a base in our country and to launch military operations against the neighbors of this country from inside Iraq. No country in the world accepts that a group and organization question its authority and create a country within the country. Hoshiar Zebari added: The Iraqi government has asked all European and non-European countries to allow the Mujahideen to continue their activities in those countries, and governments that are concerned about the fate of the People’s Mujahideen and the human rights of this group can accommodate them in their country. » It should be noted that while the Iraqi government was planning to recapture Ashraf Barracks, some of the leaders of the organization took advantage of the opportunity and killed a number of members, as many as 34 people were announced.
