Allah Al-Hakim said in Al-Kitab Al-Mubin:
“And don’t praise and don’t be sad, and you are the ones who believe” (1) and the Most High said:
“So pray to God for peace, and let God be with you, and let not your deeds leave you” (2).

At the beginning, I feel it necessary to welcome all of you, dear guests, honorable presidents of parliaments, leaders of various Palestinian groups, thinkers, scholars and prominent personalities of the Islamic world and other freedom-loving personalities, and honor your presence in this valuable meeting.

The sad story of Palestine and the soul-sucking sadness of the oppression of this patient, tolerant and resistant nation, truly annoys every freedom-loving, right-seeking and justice-seeking person and causes great pain and suffering in the heart. The history of Palestine and its cruel occupation and the displacement of millions of people and the courageous resistance of this heroic nation is full of ups and downs. An intelligent exploration of history shows that at no time in history, none of the nations of the world have faced such suffering and sorrow and cruel action that in a transregional conspiracy, a country is completely occupied and a nation is driven from its home and village. In their place, another group should be sent from all over the world; A real existence is ignored and a fake existence takes its place, but this is also one of the unclean pages of history, which, like other polluted pages, will be closed with the permission of God Almighty and His help, that is: إنَّ الْباطلَ كَانَ زهوقَة. (۳) And he said: The inheritors of the earth are the worshipers of the pious. (4)

Your conference will be held in one of the most difficult global and regional conditions. Our region, which has always been a supporter of the Palestinian nation in its struggle against a global conspiracy, is undergoing unrest and multiple crises these days. The crises in several Islamic countries in the region have made the support for the Palestinian issue and the holy cause of the freedom of Jerusalem to be weak. Paying attention to the outcome of these crises will help us understand which powers benefit from it. Those who created the Zionist regime in this region in order to prevent the stability and development of the region by imposing a long-term conflict, are now also behind the existing seditions. The seditions that have caused the capabilities of the nations of the region to be busy neutralizing each other in pointless conflicts, and when everything fails, then the opportunity for the usurping Zionist regime to gain more power will be provided. In the meantime, we are witnessing the efforts of well-wishers and intellectuals and sages of the Islamic Ummah who are compassionately seeking to resolve these disputes; But unfortunately, the complex conspiracies of the enemy have been able to impose civil wars on nations by taking advantage of the negligence of some governments and make them kill each other and make the efforts of these benefactors of the Islamic Ummah less effective. What is important in the meantime is weakening the position of the Palestinian issue and trying to remove it from the priority. Despite the differences that Islamic countries have with each other, some of them are natural, some are the enemy’s conspiracy, and some are due to negligence, but still the title of Palestine can and should be the axis of unity for all of them. One of the achievements of this valuable meeting is to raise the first priority of the Islamic world and the freedom seekers of the world, that is, the issue of Palestine and create an atmosphere of empathy to achieve the lofty goal of supporting the Palestinian people and their rights-seeking and justice-seeking struggles. One should never ignore the importance of political support for the Palestinian people, which has a special priority in today’s world. Muslim and freedom-loving nations with every taste and method can come together in one goal, and that is Palestine and the necessity of striving for its freedom. With the emergence of the signs of the decline of the Zionist regime and the weakness that has prevailed over its main allies, especially the United States of America, it can be seen that little by little, the world is also inclined towards confronting the hostile, illegal and inhumane actions of the Zionist regime, of course, still The international community and the countries of the region have not been able to fulfill their responsibility in front of this human issue.

The brutal suppression of the Palestinian nation, widespread arrests, murder and looting, the usurpation of the lands of this nation and the construction of settlements in them, the attempt to change the face and identity of the holy city of Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque and other Islamic and Christian holy places in it, the deprivation of the basic rights of citizens and many Other atrocities continue and have the full support of the United States of America and some other Western governments, and unfortunately, they do not face the appropriate global response. The Palestinian nation is proud that the Almighty God has blessed them and entrusted them with the great mission of defending this holy land and Al-Aqsa Mosque. This nation has no other way but to rely on the Almighty God and rely on its inherent capabilities to keep the flame of struggle burning, and the truth is that it has done so so far. The intifada that has now started in the occupied territories for the third time is more oppressed than the two previous intifadas, but it is bright and hopeful, and with God’s permission, you will see that this intifada will mark a very important stage in the history of the struggle and another defeat for the regime. The usurper will impose. Since its beginning, this cancerous tumor has grown in stages and turned into the current scourge, and its treatment must also be a stage, which has achieved many important stage goals through several intifadas and continuous resistance, and it continues to rush forward until the end. achieve his goals until the complete liberation of Palestine.

The great nation of Palestine, which ultimately bears the heavy burden of confronting global Zionism and its bully supporters, has been patient and tolerant, but firm and firm, and has given all claimants the opportunity to put their claims to the test of experience. On the day when the compromise plans were seriously proposed with the false claim of realism and the necessity of accepting minimum rights to prevent its loss, the Palestinian nation and even all the currents for whom the incorrectness of this view had been proven in advance, gave it a chance. Of course, the Islamic Republic of Iran emphasized the wrongness of this kind of compromising methods from the very beginning and pointed out its harmful effects and heavy damages. The opportunity given to the compromise process had destructive effects on the path of resistance and struggle of the Palestinian nation, but its only benefit was to prove the falseness of the perception of realism in practice. Basically, the method and manner of formation of the Zionist regime is such that it cannot stop expansionism, oppression and violation of the rights of Palestinians. Because its existence and identity depend on the gradual destruction of Palestine’s identity and existence. What, the illegitimate existence of the Zionist regime will be able to continue if it is based on the ruins of the identity and existence of Palestine. This is the reason why protecting the Palestinian identity and guarding all the signs of this true and natural identity is obligatory, necessary and a holy jihad. As long as the name of Palestine, the memory of Palestine and the burning flame of all-round resistance of this nation remain raised, it is not possible for the foundations of the occupying regime to be strengthened.

The problem of the compromise process is not only that it gives legitimacy to the usurping regime by shortchanging the rights of a nation, which is a big and unforgivable mistake, but the problem is that it basically has no proportion to the current situation of the Palestinian issue and its expansionist and repressive characteristics. and does not take into account the Zionists’ temptation; But this nation, by seizing the opportunity, has been able to prove the inaccuracy of the claimants of the compromise, and as a result, a kind of national consensus has been formed about the correct methods of fighting for the realization of the rights of the Palestinian nation.

Now, the Palestinian people have experienced two different models in their history of the past three decades, and they have understood the extent of their suitability to their conditions. In contrast to the process of compromise, there is a model of heroic and continuous resistance of the Holy Intifada, which has achieved great things for this nation. It is not without reason that these days we observe that “resistance” is being attacked or “intifada” is being questioned by known centers. There is nothing else to expect from the enemy; Because the correctness of this way and its fruitfulness have a complete foundation; But sometimes we see that some currents and even countries that claim to support the Palestinian issue, but in reality try to divert the right path of this nation, attack the resistance. Their claim is that the resistance, after several decades of its life, has not yet been able to achieve the freedom of Palestine; So this method needs to be revised! In response, it should be said: It is true that the resistance has not yet been able to achieve its ultimate goal, which is the liberation of Palestine as a whole, but the resistance has been able to keep the Palestinian issue alive. It should be seen, if there was no resistance, what would we be in now? The most important achievement of resistance is creating a fundamental obstacle against Zionist projects. The success of the resistance lies in imposing an attrition war on the enemy, that is, it managed to defeat the main plan of the Zionist regime, which was to dominate the entire region. In this process, we should honor the principle of resistance and the warriors who resisted in different periods and from the very beginning of the establishment of the Zionist regime, and by sacrificing their lives, kept the flag of resistance aloft and passed it on from generation to generation. to be The role of the resistance in the post-occupation periods is not hidden from anyone, and it is certainly impossible to ignore the role of the resistance even in the brief victory of the 1352 war, which coincides with 1973; And since 1361, which coincides with 1982 AD, when the burden of resistance was practically placed on the shoulders of the people inside Palestine, the Islamic resistance of Lebanon – Hezbollah – came to help the Palestinians in their struggle. If the resistance had not grounded the Zionist regime, now we have witnessed its encroachment on other lands of the region; From Egypt to Jordan, Iraq, the Persian Gulf, etc.; Yes, this achievement is very important, but it is not the only achievement of the resistance, and the liberation of southern Lebanon and the liberation of Gaza are two important milestones in the process of Palestinian liberation, which have been able to reverse the process of geographical expansion of the Zionist regime. Since the beginning of the 60s of Hijri, which coincides with the 80s, not only has the Zionist regime not been able to invade new lands, but its retreat began with the humiliating withdrawal from southern Lebanon and continued with the humiliating withdrawal from Gaza. No one can deny the essential and decisive role of resistance in the first intifada. In the second intifada, the role of resistance was fundamental and prominent. The intifada that finally forced the Zionist regime to withdraw from Gaza. The 33-day war in Lebanon and the 22-day, 8-day and 51-day wars in Gaza are all brilliant pages of the resistance ‘s history, which makes all the nations of the region, the Islamic world, and all the freedom-loving people of the world proud.

In the 33-day war, practically all the ways of providing aid to the Lebanese nation and the militant resistance of Hezbollah were closed, but with the help of God and relying on the great strength of the resistant people of Lebanon, the Zionist regime and its main supporter, the United States of America, suffered a disgraceful defeat. They will not dare to attack that country easily. The successive resistances of Gaza, which has now turned into an invincible fortress of resistance, showed during several consecutive wars that this regime is too weak to stand against the will of a nation. The main hero of the wars in Gaza is a brave and resilient nation that, despite enduring several years of economic siege, still defends this fortress by relying on the power of faith. All the Palestinian resistance groups, Saraya Al-Quds from the Islamic Jihad movement, Kataib Ezza al-Din Qassam from Hamas, Kataib Shahada al-Aqsa from Fatah and Kataib Abu Ali Mustafa from the People’s Front for the Liberation of Palestine, who played a valuable role in these wars, should be praised. .

The dangers caused by the presence of the Zionist regime should never be neglected, and therefore the resistance must have all the necessary tools to continue its work, and in this direction, all the nations and governments of the region and all the freedom seekers of the world have the duty to provide the basic needs of this resistant nation. which is the main platform of resistance, standing and stability of the Palestinian nation, which has raised zealous and resistant children. Providing for the needs of the Palestinian people and the Palestinian resistance is an important and vital task that we all must fulfill. In this process, we should not ignore the basic needs of the resistance in the West Bank, which now bears the main burden of the oppressed intifada. The Palestinian resistance should also learn from its past and pay attention to this important point that “resistance” and “Palestine” are more valuable and higher than the differences between Islamic and Arab countries, or the internal differences of countries, or ethnic and religious differences. get involved Palestinians, especially the resistance groups, should appreciate their valuable position and not enter into these disputes. Islamic and Arab countries and all Islamic and national currents should serve the cause of Palestine. Supporting the resistance is the duty of all of us, and no one has the right to expect special help from them. Yes, the only condition of aid is that these aids are spent on strengthening the foundation of the Palestinian people and the resistance structure. Adhering to the idea of standing up to the enemy and resisting in all its dimensions guarantees the continuation of these aids. Our position towards resistance is a principled position and has nothing to do with any particular group. We are with any group that is steadfast in this path, and any group that deviates from this path is far away from us. The depth of our relationship with Islamic resistance groups is only related to their adherence to the principle of resistance.

Another point that should be mentioned is the difference between different Palestinian groups. The difference of opinion due to the variety of tastes among the collections is a natural and understandable matter, and as long as it remains within the same range, it may lead to synergy and enrichment of the struggles of the Palestinian people, but the problem begins when these differences turn into conflict. And God forbid, there will be a conflict; In this case, different currents, by neutralizing each other’s strength and power, are actually taking a step in a path that is the enemy’s desire common to all of them. Managing the difference and the difference in attitude and taste is an art that all the main currents should apply and plan their various campaign programs in such a way that it only puts pressure on the enemy and strengthens the struggle. National unity based on the Jihadi program is a national necessity for Palestine, which is expected to be achieved by all the different currents in order to fulfill the wishes of all the Palestinian people.

These days, the resistance is dealing with another conspiracy, and it is the effort of friendly people who are trying to divert the resistance and intifada of the Palestinian people from their path and make it the cost of their secret deals with the enemies of the Palestinian nation. Resistance is too smart to fall into this trap; Especially since the Palestinian nation is the true leader of struggles and resistance, and past experiences show that this nation prevents such deviations by carefully understanding the situation, and if God forbid, a stream of resistance falls into this trap, this nation can meet its needs as in the past. reproduce If a group puts the flag of resistance on the ground, surely another group will rise from the heart of the Palestinian nation and take that flag in their hands.

Surely, you, honorable guest, in this meeting, will only deal with Palestine, which unfortunately has been neglected in the last few years in the necessary and necessary attention. Of course, the crises in the region and the Islamic nation deserve attention, but the cause of this gathering is the Palestinian issue. This summit can itself be a model so that by establishing it, all the Muslims and the nations of the region will gradually be able to curb the differences by relying on their commonalities and by solving them individually, they will provide the means to strengthen the Muhammadan Ummah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them).
