preserving religious values; The duty of the Islamic State

Today, those who don’t agree with the government of Velayat al-Faqih confuse these two issues and make the matter suspicious; They say: The government has no right to oblige people to follow the rules of Islam; Because the Qur’an says: No reluctance in religion, 1 while this verse is related to accepting the principle of religion. The consistency of religion is based on the faith of the heart, and the faith of the heart cannot be created by force or reluctance. But when some people accepted the religion by their own choice, it is no longer the subject of this verse but the ruling of this verse. Rather, in this case, it is the turn of the implementation of Islamic rules, and the implementation of the social rules of religion requires a responsible and executor. This is a new issue. After the establishment of the Islamic community and the acceptance of the leadership of the guardian of the Muslim cause, if anyone wanted to stage a coup, they should be stopped by coercive force, as Amir al-Mu’minin did in the battle of Jamal, Safin and Nahrwan. In the execution of criminal sentences, if someone steals, they should cut off his hand. This is no longer the place to say to the thief: Let’s give you a class and do cultural work! One of the duties of the Islamic government is to preserve Islamic values. The appearance of the Islamic society should be a godly appearance. The factors of moral and sexual corruption must be suppressed in the society. Yes, if someone commits a sin secretly in a private environment, it is not a social issue at all and no one will attack him.
Oppression and superiority;
Factors of denial of rights
Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her) describes the situation of the time when the Prophet was sent as a prophet; but since she wants to explain the characteristics of the Prophet and his successor, she only refers to religious abnormalities. He says: differences in religions; When the Prophet was sent, the religions of the people were scattered and there were different religions; Akfa Ali Niranah; There were some fire worshipers and retreatants in the fires of the huts. Abeda Lauthanha; Some of them were idol worshipers and their business was with idol schools. Denial of God with mystics; A group denied God while they believed in God. Perhaps this sentence refers to the innate knowledge of all humans towards God Almighty, and perhaps it means more than this. That is, those people have denied God despite the apparent knowledge that has completed the proof for them. It is a little hard to believe this assumption that a person denies it despite knowing something. But this is not surprising. Sometimes in our daily life, we have experienced that sometimes a person refuses to accept the truth in order not to break his pride or to gain benefits or to avoid the burden of responsibility.
Examples of such people are mentioned in the Quran. When Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Harun Ali Nabina and their family and peace be upon them went to Pharaoh to invite him and said, “We have come from our Almighty Lord,” Pharaoh turned to the people and said: “We do not know any deities other than myself; Moses said: «لقدعلمت ما انزل هؤلاء الا رب السماوات والارض؛۳ “You certainly know that there is a God of heaven and earth, and that He creates these miracles.” Which one was telling the truth? Certainly Prophet Moses did not lie. Pharaoh knew. So why did he deny it? And Jahdawa Baha and Astiqnetha, self-righteousness and injustice; 4 two factors cause a person to deny what he knows. One is when he wants to take away a right from another by oppression, and the other is when he wants to gain superiority over another. These two emotional motivations make people deny what they know. These two factors may exist in our soul. “You certainly know that there is a God of heaven and earth, and that He creates these miracles.” Which one was telling the truth? I am higher than you! He denies the truth.
Quran says: “Talk al-Dar Al-Akhira Najalha for those who don’t want more in the world and no corruption; 5 The happiness of the hereafter is for those who do not seek superiority over the servants of God.” The root of all social corruption is that people want to be one step higher. This causes human corruption and misery. Amir al-Mu’minin, peace be upon him, says: “Whoever wants his shoelace to be better than another’s shoelace is a seeker.” 6
What made the pharaoh a pharaoh was his superiority. The Qur’an says: “That pharaoh was supreme on earth; 7 pharaohs sought superiority.” The root of all corruption is this one word. If we don’t want to be pharaohs, we should try not to seek superiority; Rather, let’s seek to do the task. So the fact that Hazrat Zahra, peace be upon her, says: God hates mystics, the point is that even though those who knew God, if they wanted to obey God, their sense of superiority would not be satisfied.
Wisdom, preaching and good debate; teaching tools
What was the duty of the Prophet in this situation? Allah has turned darkness into light through Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and has made the hearts and minds clear of darkness, and has made the eyes and minds clear of darkness. Through the Prophet of Islam, Allah the Almighty transformed darkness into light, removed ambiguities from hearts, and removed the veils of darkness from the eyes. And the Qam in the people is with guidance, and I am al-Fawaya, and I am al-Umayya; In the position of leading the people, the only weapon that was used was to state the truth. The Prophet uses three types of weapons here. The Quran instructs him: 8. First, he orders you to speak with a solid reason so that people cannot easily deny your words. But this method alone is not enough to educate people; Because, firstly, not all people have the ability to distinguish between correct and incorrect reasons, and secondly, their minds may accept it, but their hearts may not accept it. Something should be done to motivate the people to accept the right. This is important through preaching. Preaching stimulates feelings and emotions and motivates a person to act on what he knows, or try to understand the truth. The business of preaching is with the heart, and the business of reasoning is with the mind and intellect, but again, the work is not finished with preaching. Doubts may be raised against solid reasons that make it difficult to accept the reason. This is something that our young people are suffering from today. The enemies have understood that the only obstacle to their progress and their oppressive control over the world is Islam, and today the symbol of Islam is Velayat al-Faqih; Therefore, they want to eliminate this in any way possible. How to deal with this problem? In order to fight this problem, the doubt must be raised and answered and the party convinced. The name of this argument is Jadelham balti hai ahsan means raise the doubts and answer them so that the audience is convinced. The answer you give may not be proof, but it will be convincing for him. This argument is good.
These are the three ways that can be used to create correct insight in people and at least complete the proof on them. So far, we are still talking about the principle of Islam and the explanation of the first role of the Holy Prophet in the face of darkness and doubts; But the issues of managing the Islamic society and implementing the social rules of Islam, after this, some people accepted Islam and believed in the social rules of Islam. Then it is time for other discussions.
Misbah Al-Hidaa
A step towards purifying the soul
From the blessed sermon of Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her), we have reached this point that when God Almighty sent the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), the Prophet saw that the world had different religions and sects, each of which had deviated from the path of truth in some way. One of the points that is used in this statement is that, first of all, what was important in the eyes of the Prophet of Islam was the issue of religion, and other issues, including social and economic problems, are in the next stages. What should be paid attention to above all is that a person should have a correct religion. Among the different parts of religion, Hazrat’s reliance is on the “God-worship” part. The great deviation that existed at that time was that people deviated from the path of true worship. The Quran also says: «و لقد بعثنا في كل امه رسولا ان اعبدوا الله واجتنبوا الطاغوت؛ We sent a prophet to every nation, and the main message of the prophets was to worship the One God and avoid the Taghut. The second issue is that the mission of the Prophet was to teach people the correct way of worship, as stated in the holy religion of Islam and in the Holy Quran, and by this means, remove darkness, ambiguity, and misguidance from human society. The meaning of this letter is that the only correct way is the way of God’s prophets, which was presented in its full form by the Prophet of Islam. This is the only direct path. Other ways, even if it is as following a prophet from God’s prophets, have no value and do not guarantee happiness for mankind; Therefore, they end this section with the same sentence that they pray to the straight path. Join segments
Now we will explain these two topics.
The first need of man; to know the true religion
The most important need of man to achieve happiness is to know the true religion, the basis of which is the worship of the one God. The worship of the one and only God is something that was important to all the prophets and the Almighty God considered it in the plan of creation and sent the prophets because of it. Because this matter is the axis of human happiness. If this is the case, man can achieve the goal for which he was created.
