While all over the world they provide facilities and support for the construction of hotels and infrastructure facilities to expand tourism, but some backward people consider this a crime, and if it is a crime, we are proud of it.

Although the president did not explicitly mention the matter of handing over the license to build a hotel, it seems that according to the criticisms of Bakai and Mashai in the last few weeks, he is referring to the 450 billion tomans project of the Kish halls complex. The president is defending Baqaei while Baqaei and Esfandiar Rahim Mashai, as officials, have not responded to the documented protests. The problem of the matter is that with the follow-up and implementation of the opinions of Messrs. Mashai and Bagai, the mentioned 450 billion Toman project was assigned to a company called Fiak, whose managers registered the company two or three days ago with a capital of one million Tomans. Two days later, they received a check of 5 billion tomans. This handover has been done by acting against the law and bypassing the law and without holding a tender. Therefore, both an illegal act has taken place and an illegal privilege to a two-day company! has been assigned The name of this work is not transfer of rent and crime, so what is it? Is it not possible to build a hotel and infrastructure facilities, and at the same time not be guilty of breaking the law and paying rent, and the abuse and greed of Bait Al-Mal, which was the opposite of the ideals and exhausting efforts of Mr. Ahmadinejad’s presidency?! Is the name of handing over such a huge and outrageous project to an American resident – who apparently left the country after the recent criticisms – supporting the development of tourism? And basically, instead of holding the authorities accountable, why should the popular and revolutionary prestige of the honorable president be spent in this?
The documents published in the field of bypassing the law and handing over the project are discussed or true, in which case Mr. Mashai and Bakayi, and not any other person or position, should be held accountable. Or that it is not true that the cost of it is an honest, frank and honest denial. Where is the story that the accused have kept silent? Are the owners of the aforementioned fake company related to the likes of Hoshang Amir Ahmadi and the Iranian Council of Iran or not?
This point should also be remembered, just as the defense of the oppressed and the support of the senior manager for the good performance of his subordinates is praiseworthy and the cause of Merut, the defense of those accused of discrimination and breaking the law and betrayal of trust is distasteful and contrary to Merut. This wrong process happened before in reform and construction governments and it is not acceptable to repeat it.
