The text of the letter which was written in 1358 as follows :
” We all know that one of the main factors of the victory of the revolution was the decisiveness of the great leader of the revolution. If he did not act decisively, speak decisively and think decisively, our work process today would have been a different process .
This basic principle of decisiveness must be continued and pursued in all fields during the construction period after the revolution, so that the rusty economic, political and cultural wheels will be used and the destroyed country of the Pahlavi era will be rebuilt. But it seems that in some government institutions there are people who have mistaken “I don’t know what to do” with “determination” and they sit down and make decisions without enough passion and investigation, and with their decisions they lead to anarchy that is characteristic of the short period after It is a revolution, they are fomenting it.
The important issue here is that if we fail in the stage of economic reconstruction, if we cannot offer a better life to the people, if we cannot bring the country to the stage of self-sufficiency in terms of agriculture and industry, if we cannot fight unemployment and poverty on a case-by-case basis, if we cannot If we curb this ever-increasing price and rising rates, that’s the day our revolution will be in danger.
To rebuild the economy, the most important thing is to restore “trust” to the people, to the market, to the farmers, to the industrial owners. Today, reckless and harsh actions have endangered the spirit of trust, and no capitalist or farmer has the heart to use their human and financial capital, and the seemingly deceptive words of some government officials, which are mostly slogans, increase this discouragement..
I know that some profit-seekers quickly take the funds out of the country, someone whose job is to purify gold and turn it into bullion said that every day about 500 kilos to one ton of gold is turned into bullion and leaves the country. He said that in order to help the revolution, I am ready to introduce the main people involved, not only gold, metals and other expensive jewels are also taken out, we know people who have embedded and hidden their capital of three hundred million tomans in the walls of their houses and from economic circulation. have created, why their trust and confidence has been shaken, the anti-revolutionary agents also constantly fuel this mistrust with their evil plans, because they find all their sinister goals in it..
In order to restore the spirit of trust, which is the main capital of all social activities, interviews and advice, speeches and slogans are not enough, urgent and quick actions are necessary, the most important of which are the following principles :
۱- Trust requires a safe and secure environment, an environment where everyone is protected by the government in terms of life and property, and the government is able to fulfill its obligations in the field of providing people’s security .
Mr. Merchant! It is worth paying any price to restore security, you assure the farmers that if they farm today, no one will take over their land and farming tomorrow, so that they can engage in farming with encouragement..
You assure the owners of the industries that if they consider the interests of the workers and are satisfied with legitimate and fair interests, their capitals will be protected .
You assure the producers that no danger threatens the manufacturing industries, but the reckless actions of some people have such a bad effect on people’s thoughts that people even believe that the principle of private property will be preserved in the future (or that Islam definitely recognizes fair private property). Doubts have fallen, yet how can you expect the country’s economic wheels to start moving and capital to circulate in the market, in the fields, in the factories?
۲- The government should clearly announce its economic policy and seek help from the spiritual and political power of the great leader of the revolution, so that the people know their duty, and understand in what field and in what quality they can invest and have economic activity. The stupidity of the government’s policy in economic fields has completely confused the people and is leading the country to economic paralysis!
Unfortunately, in the name of supporting the underprivileged, things are done that look interesting but are actually detrimental to the underprivileged.
For example, until the field of construction works starts again and the unemployed workers are attracted to the work environment again and dozens of construction-related jobs come to life, the mayor of Tehran confuses and discourages everyone by saying one sentence . If the Imam said that no one should pay for land, it does not mean that the reasonable ownership of land will disappear, but it means that the major owners should provide land as soon as possible to build houses for the underprivileged.
Calling the confiscation of urban land (unless it is a building) was one of these unaccounted works that led to the suspension of construction works because the land owners said that if they confiscate their land today with an approval letter, how do they know that their land and building will be destroyed tomorrow? Don’t confiscate two??
Unfortunately, in the name of supporting the underprivileged, things are done that look interesting but are actually detrimental to the underprivileged.
۴- The great leader of the revolution said: An anti-revolutionary group regularly disturbs the factory workers and disturbs the farmers. Why doesn’t the government act decisively and prevent such anti-revolutionary elements with a clear and decisive law, how long should they have freedom of action and disrupt the economy, what are you afraid of? What are you afraid of?
۵-Among the important factors of restoring trust in the country is the issue of general amnesty (with the exception of criminals, of course). This issue is necessary not only in terms of humanitarian and Islamic issues and attracting public emotions, which is a constructive element of the post-revolution era, but also economically. It is considered a fundamental factor, so that you don’t provide enough life and financial support to the people who are in fear and terror, how can you expect to invite all the forces and funds to actively participate in the reconstruction of the country?
Let’s close the cases of the past forever, and think about the dangerous future ahead of us, let’s boldly ask for forgiveness from the presence of the Imam (a.s.) and end the era of apprehensions, and put the real interests of the people before everything else .
I have the utmost respect for you and your purity, because the future – Especially from the economic point of view, in terms of unemployment and inflation, we see the rising cost of living and the problems of workers and farmers. Don’t take it for granted, define your economic plan – away from slogans and based on objective facts – as soon as possible.” (1)
