According to the report of Iran Network, quoted by Telegraph, therefore, according to the report, daily consumption of an apple makes people unnecessary to see a doctor.

The results of this research show that women who had an apple in their daily diet, in addition to weight loss, saw their blood cholesterol decrease by a quarter within 6 months.

Dr. Bahram Arjamandi, from the Department of Sports Science and Nutrition at the University of Florida, describes the findings of this research as incredible.

During this research, 80 women between the ages of 45 and 65 were asked to consume 75 grams of dried plum leaves daily. Another group of 80 people consumed the same amount of dried apples daily for one year.

From these people, 4 times and at the beginning, the third month, the sixth month and the twelfth month  Blood samples were prepared.
Dr. Arjamandi says: People who consumed apples for 6 months saw a 23% decrease in blood LDL cholesterol (blood cholesterol).

These people also had lower amounts of biomarkers related to heart diseases such as C-reactive and their weight had decreased by 1.5 kg.

Dr. Arjamandi presented the results of his research at the experimental biology conference in Washington yesterday.
