A German publication revealed that Germany is training police forces in Saudi Arabia with the aim of suppressing revolutionaries.
The German publication Focus revealed that the German police trained the Saudi security forces under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior.
According to Focus, Germany’s goal with this action is to help the Saudi security forces to suppress the revolutionaries with new methods.
The German government should train more than 30,000 people in the fields of suppressing demonstrators and revolutionaries by 2015.
The German government has budgeted 20 billion euros for this mission, which, along with the Afghanistan mission, is considered the largest foreign deployment plan of the German military.
