What follows is a conversation with this successful preacher about his activities, memories and the way he communicates with the youth. We hope that the young students can have an impact in the cultural and religious field like him and provide spiritual insurance to the youth.
Entering the domain and starting the preaching activity
I entered the field in 2016, and we started our activities in 2004 with the help of one of my friends in the holy city of Qom. The beginning of our work was from a school and a mosque, in these places we sought to attract young people and for them classes such as rules, education, answers to questions and doubts, etc. and then with the help of a number of caring students, we continued our activities in the cultural and religious fields and organized the Knowledge Circles program for young people in the mosques and religious bodies of Qom city, and thank God, day by day, its significant effects in the region View and now we manage nearly 19 high schools and 45 religious boards.
An innovative plan for young people
The knowledge circles that we organize for young people are different from the famous knowledge circles that are performed in the shrine of Imam Reza (a.s.). So that we form these circles for the youth in various mosques and councils in Qom and we have weekly programs for them. This circle is an innovative plan and our trainers go to these people’s homes and communicate with their parents; In this regard, Darul Qur’an, Islamic Propaganda Organization of Qom has also given us great help and our programs are organized with the cooperation of this organization.
Reflection of circles of knowledge in Qom
The knowledge circles project has had a good response in Qom and until now the Qom provincial network has also covered and broadcast these programs.
People who did not know ablution, but now memorize the Quran
Currently, we have nearly 1200 members of knowledge circles, and among these people, there were those who did not even know how to perform ablution; But now, thanks to the grace of God and the care of Imam Zaman (A.S.), the custodians of four or five parts of the Holy Quran are active.
The first step we took in this way was to hold a class for our trainers, where we taught them the methods of recruiting young people and introduced them to these techniques.
Steps to work with young people
The first stage of our work with young people is to create the love of the coach in the hearts of young people and teenagers, which leads to friendship and this friendship leaves many effects in these people.
Our next activity is organizing tourist and pilgrimage camps, such as Kashan Mahalat Camp, Isfahan Steel Board, Mashhad Makkads, etc. for them and we can implement the goals we have.
The difficulties of the road…
In this way, we faced many hardships, humiliation, slander and opposition; But we did not stop working and by attracting sponsors and people’s help, we were able to secure our budgets and continue our activities. In this regard, Darul-Qur’an Organization of Islamic Propaganda also gave us a lot of help such as preparing prizes.
The internal evolution of “Asi Khola and Samad Melkh”
One of the ways to attract young people is character building for them. We had people whose daily meals were accompanied by wine; But now they have reached a point where some of them have students in the circles of knowledge and are active in this field. For example, a person known as “Samad Molkh” who had tattooed the words “Night” on one of his eyelids and the word “Good” on the other eyelid, after being absorbed in the circles of knowledge, burned the tattoos and repented of his actions In the past, he became a healthy person with high spiritual tendencies, who is now called Hajj Samad. There were also people who called them strange names such as “Asi Khole”, “Bahadur Divoneh” and… But now these names have been removed from them and their young people are given beautiful names like Haj Ismail and… they call
Meetings with drug dealers
We had a meeting with people whose income was obtained by selling drugs, and sometimes they even offered us drugs; But today, the same drug sellers have become the custodians of the Holy Quran and they have good activities. Also, we dealt with people who did not accept issues such as velayat faqih or…; But today, they are staunch supporters of the system and religious authority.
A memory of the head of police station 30 in Sheikhabad
In a meeting, I met the head of police station 30 in Sheikhabad, Qom. At the end of the meeting, he told me: Is this your famous Mr. Shamsabadi? I answered: Yes; I am a servant Told me: What did you do with these thugs that we catch them at any time of the night and ask them where you are going? They answer with a certain tone: We are going to Mr. Shamsabadi’s house. The police chief continued: Every lot we get in this area, they introduce you to their acquaintance and say that our acquaintance is Mr. Shamsabad.
I know all the stories of repentant lots
One of the successes that God Almighty has given me is that I know all the stories of repentant people and I tell them these stories in my meetings with the youth. These stories have tremendous impact. Most of the people who repented were by participating in Imam Hussain’s (a.s.) shrine, and if it wasn’t for this imam, our work would have been difficult. If the pulpits and hadiths of the infallible imams (pbuh) have a 20% influence on them, the shrine of Imam Hussain (pbuh) has an 80% influence and guides them to the right path.

The shrine of Imam Hossein (AS) is a man-making factory and we are constantly working on these loved ones. If our activities continue, it cooks them and what is cooked does not become raw.
We currently have 23 trainers and anyone who wants to become a member of our group can become a member of this group by filling out the form and giving two photos and can participate in programs and knowledge circles.
Family, one of the reasons for the deviance of young people!
One of the reasons that lead young people to do bad things is a bad family. We have people whose parents don’t even pray and the father brings stolen money to the table. Family plays an important and effective role on children. We have families who spend a lot of money on children’s bags, shoes and clothes; But they are not willing to buy a book for their child that will lead them away from deviance or send them to a class where this child can walk on the right path.
Alas for TV programs!
Other factors of youth deviation are national media, internet and satellite. There are programs on TV that are really regrettable, and unfortunately, there is a satellite in most homes, and through this device, young people can access thousands of vulgar channels and watch programs that cause deviation. Also, the lack of a coach is another factor in the deviation of our youth. Not having a teacher and mentor in life has negative effects on human life and can lead mankind to deviation.
Friendship is the secret of a student’s success
The secret of a student’s success is his friendship with young people. If we can’t be friends with someone, he can’t understand us. We must penetrate the hearts of the youth. The young man does not like the word “must”; But when we tell him if you would like to participate in our programs, he gladly accepts and even brings some of his friends with him.
Participation in many psychology classes
In order to be able to attract young people, I participated in many classes and learned the principles of psychology in order to be able to attract them. From the way you dress to the way you walk and talk. All these things have an effect and I even learned the psychology of colors so that I can understand the personality of young people by asking them about colors.
Request from the authorities
Our demand from the authorities is to provide facilities, we are facing many shortages of facilities in this field and we are dealing with many problems. If we want to take a young person to the camp, we must give him a free service so that we can attract him and keep him with us; These programs require funding; Of course, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all officials, friends and founders who helped us in this way.
