If I describe one day of his work, we will see all three things that he told us young people. They wake up about one to one and a half hours before morning prayer, which is their personal worship. His days are different, not the same. Days of the week vary. One day they pray more, one day they read Quran more, one day they pray more, one day they say more dhikr…
After that, they pray the morning prayer, they pray the morning prayer in congregation, and the smallest congregation is the person who is with them, and the largest is whoever is in that building. He prays in his office, and all those who are at work in the morning – including the guards and clerks who are there – pray with him.
They climb three days a week
After the morning prayer, they climb mountains three days a week and move upwards for at least 45 to 60 minutes. They return this route in about half an hour to forty-five minutes.
Sometimes mountains are far away and in order not to harm their work situation, they come out at the hour when it should be their personal prayer and worship and perform their worship along the way. Sir, they are not like to leave the work in half in the middle of work
Those three days of climbing, when they come down from the mountain, then it is their office time and the other four days they exercise at home. He is not at all a person to leave work in the middle of work. Whatever he does is perfect. He knows the principles of that work very precisely.
After exercising, they come to the office. From the beginning of the morning, sometimes we arrive at work at seven o’clock, sometimes we arrive at half past seven, it depends on that mountain and that route.
In terms of security, we cannot use a mountain; The enemy knows enough to attack us. Wherever there is a mountain and height and it is in Tehran, the gentleman uses; From Bibi Shahrbanu Shahrari to all the mountains north of Tehran; In Velanjak, Darband mountain and any mountain, it is not specific that we go to a particular mountain; Yes, we have two or three special places, we go there too.

If they do not have a special meeting, they go home and have breakfast at home with their family, and after breakfast come to the office, their work is done.

In his youth, he used to read one round of Quran every three days

When I was young, I read one round of Quran every three days. It means ten parts a day. Now I’m not bored at all, I’m old, I can’t really read Quran due to age, situation, job, work problems, all these issues. I was far away from the Quran. It takes me nine days, ten days to read one round of the Qur’an.”
